Everyone knows facts.It’s bad for our health, so what is the fast ?  Fast food most fried foods have a lot of in them. They use hydrogenated cooking oil to fry ranch fries and chicken. This is very harmful to our body, even cause . And  Ice cream,fast food will let your fat too fast.

However, sometimes we had to choose fast food,Because the busy work, poor lunch time; think to eat fast food is a kind of fashion, fast food is really delicious…….

After ate fast food, will you fear to be fat, fast food food is harmful to your body, Then we can do something and not feared from this.

1. Eat some fur it rich  vitamin C. Could  be reduces hydrogenated oil’s harm.
2  Eat  some nuts rich vitamin E.
3. Drink one cup of milk before you go to bed, Because if you often eat fast food it would be causing insomnia.
4. If you eat fast food more than six times a week, you should eat a vegetarian one day every week, Best on a weekend.
5  Often do .Sweating is good for keeping your weight.
