Show your easy healthy recipes cooked with your children —-Banana Bread

Cooked with your chlidren is so sweet ,Cooked together like an interesting experiment,Success or failure is unknown, but the child will understand cooperation will increase the probability of success,so they will work harder to cook with their mother.

Banana is my son’s favorite fruit, so we’ll try to cook .
Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
    sifted flour
    1/4tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. sugar
    3  bananas

 Mother do:
Preheat the oven to 350° F
In a medium-size bowl, sift together the flour, , baking soda, and salt
In a large bowl, add the vegetable oil. Add the sugar a little bit at a time, and continue beating until the mixture is fluffy.then add some of the mashed banabas ,Continue adding flour, then bananas, then flour, then bananas, until everything is mixed in.

Children do:
Peel bananas.
Put eggs well in a small bowl.add the eggs to the mixture in the large bowl and beat well. (can teach our kids)

Together do:
Pour mixture into the baking pan,Bake for 70 minutes.
